As spring unfolds and the world around us begins to fill with light, blossom and laughter, there is an invitation – not just to grow, but to experience more joy in the process.
This 6-week online meditation course is a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with yourself mid-week. By coming together weekly, we benefit from the reminder to keep turning towards what brings a sense of ease, warmth, and delight.
For these Spring and Summer meditations, our focus changes from yoga nidra’s deep rest and restoration to guided visual journey meditations focused on creating immersive experiences that allow you to explore your inner landscape, as well as experience the joy of building connection with the cosmos.
These sessions are not about switching off or emptying your mind. Rather, we give the mind something to do instead of worrying and fretting about the past or the future. As you build your visualisation muscle, you’ll begin to notice how it helps you connect with your intuition, and to receive messages of insight, guidance and support.

About Joanne Sumner
Joanne Sumner is a dedicated therapist, practitioner, coach, and trainer, specialising in wellbeing for women, people involved in caring professions or with personal caring responsibilities, and for entrepreneurs. With over 18 years of experience, she offers a holistic approach to wellbeing, providing services that include online yoga and meditation classes, personalised coaching, and training in energy healing from her base in Winchester.
Joanne has led nearly 100 retreats aimed at helping individuals release what no longer serves them and to reconnect with their intuition and purpose. Her serene approach brings purpose, passion, and peace to clients and students alike.
