As the days grow shorter, autumn offers us a gentle invitation to do the same. Rather than pushing through the busyness of life, this seven-week Yoga Nidra course provides a sanctuary in which to pause, breathe and consciously turn inwards to connect with yourself.
Inspired by the wisdom of the changing seasons, Autumn Alchemy is a deeply restorative journey through grounding, gratitude, release and renewal. Each week explores a different aspect of autumn’s quiet transformation, using gentle movement, breath awareness and a guided Yoga Nidra practice to help calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace.
Suitable for both newcomers and experienced practitioners, the course blends the classical Bihar School of Yoga approach to Yoga Nidra with seasonal awareness rooted in our direct environment. This offers a structured yet deeply nourishing practice that supports physical relaxation, emotional balance and mental clarity.
As we move through the season together, you’ll be invited to root yourself like the ancient oak, gather the harvest of your own experiences, let go of what no longer serves you, embrace deep rest and listen for the quiet wisdom that emerges when we build in moments for slow living.
Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, better sleep, greater resilience or simply an hour each week to replenish yourself, Autumn Alchemy offers a welcoming space to rest deeply, reconnect with your inner landscape and feel grounded, restored and renewed.

Course Overview
Known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that brings you to a state between waking and sleeping, where the body deeply relaxes, and the mind gently quietens.
Across six weeks, you’ll be guided through intention setting, breath awareness, body scans, and soothing visualisations. Just bring yourself, find comfort, and follow the guidance as you release layers of stress and tension, inviting in a profound sense of peace.
Yoga Nidra has been shown to support better sleep, ease anxiety, increase clarity, and nurture creativity. Each session builds on the last, offering you a progressive journey inward—toward replenishment, insight, and balance.
This programme is open to everyone, whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice.
Give yourself the gift of deep rest. Reconnect with the stillness that restores, heals, and inspires.
Six weeks. One practice. A journey into deep stillness.
