A bespoke meditation, written and recorded for you or for a loved one as a thoughtful and unique gift. The meditation will be written by experienced meditation teacher Joanne Sumner and recorded by her. It will be 15 minutes long and can include details that you provide.

At checkout, in the order notes, please provide the following information:

• A bit about the person the meditation is for (including their first name)
• Any issues this person is currently facing
• 1-3 types of imagery that you’d like included in the meditation
• The email address you would like the meditation sent to
