A deeply relaxing and creative afternoon retreat for nervous system regulation and gentle re-inspiration.
Sarah Guild and I invite you to join us for a deeply relaxing and creative afternoon retreat, where flowers, colour and gentle reflection come together to nourish both nervous system and spirit.
Flowers have long been used to symbolise healing, beauty and the energy centres of the body: the chakras. In this immersive workshop, you’ll be guided on a gentle inner journey while creating your own seasonal chakra-inspired flower bowl arrangement to take home.
Working intuitively with colour, scent and texture, you’ll choose from a beautiful selection of seasonal flowers and foliage, including peonies, garden roses, mint and scented geranium. Each stem represents different aspects of the chakra system, inviting creativity, grounding, balance and restoration.
Whether you’re naturally artistic or simply curious to explore something new, this workshop is designed as a calming, informal space to slow down, reconnect and create something meaningful with your hands.
What to expect
Sarah will introduce you to the materials and demonstrate how to build your arrangement using eco-friendly floral mechanics.
You’ll then have plenty of time to create your own flower bowl, with gentle one-to-one guidance throughout.
By the end of the afternoon, you’ll leave with:
- Your own chakra flower bowl arrangement in a china bowl
- A deeper sense of calm and creative connection
- Simple inspiration for nervous system nourishment through nature and beauty
What’s included
All materials are included, including your bowl, flowers, mechanics and wrapping materials.
