Course Structure

The training is split into at home learning and in-person learning. Please allow 2 months prior to the in-person course date above to complete the home learning portion of the course.

When you purchase this course you will be given access to a pre-course study programme to be completed before joining Joanne for the 1 day of in-person training and practical energy work.

The at home learning materials consist of a comprehensive course manual, audio recordings that support the content of the in-person training, recorded meditations and energy exercises as well as clear summary sheets for exercises and empowerments.

Course Content

Connect permanently to this unlimited source of healing energy by receiving traditional Japanese Reiju empowerments. Learn how to make your Reiki strong by using the Hatsu Rei Ho cleansing and storing technique and work with the energy throughout the day as we show you how to treat yourself and give basic guidelines on how to give treatments to other people, animals and plants.

Continuing Your Practice

Following the Reiki 1 Beginner Training (Shoden) with Joanne Sumner, you will be invited to the Reiki Share in Winchester so you can come and practice Reiki.

Jo provides all levels of Reiki training – from Reiki 1 to Master level. Jo is a real Reiki Master with many years of experience both working with Reiki and teaching it. I found her training excellent – clear, focused, and when I got stuck on something she was able to help shift where I was stuck! I would 100% recommend Jo if you are considering Reiki training.
