Joanne offers Reiki Master Teacher Training to deepen your self healing, hone your skills as a practitioner, and teach you how to carry out Reiki empowerments so you can pass the Reiki gift onto others.

Course Structure

The training is split into at home learning and in-person learning. Please allow 2 months prior to the in-person course date above to complete the home learning portion of the course.

When you purchase this course you will be given access to a pre-course study programme to be completed before joining Joanne for the 2 days of in-person training and practical energy work.

The at home learning materials consist of a comprehensive course manual, audio recordings that support the content of the in-person training, recorded meditations and energy exercises as well as clear summary sheets for exercises and empowerments.

Course Content

Reiki 3 Master Teacher Training (Shinpiden) course content:

• Further detail on the traditional Japanese Reiki system
• Practices for experiencing energies
  • Including 10 further symbols
  • Introducing the Reiki kotodama
• Using intent and intuition when treating others
• How to give empowerments at first degree, second degree, and master level
• Self empowerment and distant empowerments
• Master level meditations and exercises
• Running Reiki courses

Course Requirements

Students must have received their Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 empowerments. We require a minimum of 6 months between Reiki 2 and Reiki 3, though some students may find having a couple of years between is preferable. 

Continuing Your Practice

Following the Reiki 3 Master Teacher Training (Shinpiden) with Joanne Sumner, you will be part of a Reiki Master Professional Development Group and Empowerment Circle online so that you can continue your practice with like-minded people and support from Joanne.
