This monthly online circle offers a grounded, supportive space to journey beyond ordinary awareness. Through rhythmic drumming you will be guided to meet power animals, connect with spirit guides, and explore the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds for insight, healing, and guidance.
This is a warm, steady place to deepen your relationship with the natural and unseen worlds, restore balance, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

What is a Shamanic Journey Circle
A shamanic journey circle is a group gathering, often held monthly, designed for experiential inner travel to non-ordinary reality using rhythmic drumming (or rattling). Circles support connection with spirit guides, power animals, and ancestors to seek healing, wisdom, and guidance in a safe, supportive space.

What to bring: Yoga mat or something soft to lay on, blanket, pillow under your head and another under your knees, eye mask or eye pillow, water bottle, journal and pen (and an open heart and mind)
Facilitated by Joanne Sumner and Carl Hewitt, both trained and experienced transpersonal therapists and shamanic practitioners.
