Meet yourself across time. Gather wisdom. Come home to who you are.
Saturday 23 May
10am to 12.30pm (with the option to stay on for tea afterwards)
The Yurt, Maxwell House, Mincingfield Lane, Durley, SO32 2BR
What if the different parts of you could work together, instead of pulling in opposite directions?
In this practical shamanic workshop, Joanne and Carl will explore the idea of cultivating a community of self. A way of meeting the many “selves” you carry, past versions, present you, the part that knows, the part that doubts, the part that’s still healing, so they can begin to cooperate and co-create your life with more clarity and support.
You will be guided through a drum journey to walk your timeline and meet yourself at different times, bringing back wisdom, insight, and the kind of support you may not realise you’ve been missing. We will then guide you through an integration process, helping you weave what you’ve received into everyday life. Many people leave with a shift in how they relate to themselves, and often with both new answers and better questions.

🌿 What is Shamanism?
Shamanism is one of humanity’s oldest spiritual practices, found in cultures all over the world. At its heart, it is about direct, personal connection with Spirit – without the need for hierarchy, dogma, or belief systems.
You don’t need special powers or prior experience. Shamanic journeying is a natural state that uses imagination, rhythm, and intention to open up new ways of seeing the world.
This workshop will give you a taste of how shamanism can bring clarity, healing, and a deeper sense of belonging. You’ll discover how the practice connects us – to ourselves, to others, to nature, and to something greater than ourselves.
🌿 How Shamanic Practice Can Help
People often turn to shamanism when they feel stuck, searching, or simply curious about what lies beyond everyday thinking.
Shamanic practices can help you to:
Let go of old patterns and emotional wounds
Clear heavy or stagnant energy
Strengthen your intuition and inner guidance
Feel lighter, more balanced, and more present
Find a way forward in times of uncertainty
Become more confident, empowered, and joyful
Experience a deeper sense of connection — with nature, with others, and with Spirit
