We all have nurturing instincts and roles – caring, growing, guiding and protecting families, friendships, projects, and people.
Over this weekend, we will take time to give back to ourselves and to each other – drawing on the deep well of yin yoga wisdom to rest body and soul on this nourishing retreat.
Connecting with the spirit of Spring to bring ourselves back to life and joy – what is ready to rise in you this year? What can we clear away as no longer needed, and with thanks let it go?
Joanne will be sharing skills for emotional and physical resilience, alongside experiential sessions in restorative and yin yoga, walks in the countryside, deep relaxation, creative sessions, Reiki treatments and time to just rest and reinspire in beautiful nature.
Whether you want to gain insight, to make a change, or simply to get away, our light-hearted powerful processes and incisive coaching will create the conditions for you to rest and find some ease with the questions you’re currently living.
Stanton Guildhouse is the perfecting setting for a nurturing retreat.
Nestled above the picturesque village of Stanton, just south of Broadway, the Cotswold Way passes within a few feet of Stanton Guildhouse. This warm and cosy Grade II Listed Manor House has been lovingly built in a traditional style, for a homely feel throughout.
Arrive at the large sitting room on entrance, which has an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner stove adding warmth to those chilly March nights and a peaceful area, perfect for reading and enjoying some quiet time.
Surrounding the Guildhouse is exquisite countryside with stunning views stretching over the Vale of Evesham to the Brecon Beacons – a breath-taking landscape to inspire you.
We arrive for 6 pm on Friday and depart, refreshed and renewed, by 3 pm on Sunday.

It was an absolutely beautiful setting in a special house made especially for creative endeavour. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend; the programme was gentle but full.
